DEI Within Formation Bio
At Formation Bio we are focused internally on hiring and retaining a diverse team. Equity and inclusion are priorities throughout the entire employee lifecycle at Formation Bio, from recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding to performance management, internal mobility, compensation, and promotions. Our goal is to proactively cultivate an equitable and inclusive environment where every individual has the opportunity to do their best work, grow and contribute to our mission.
To create connections and community, we have two employee-run Employee Resource Groups at Formation Bio.
Our Parents’ ERG has a mission to support, welcome, and advocate for all Formies with or considering children at all stages of their Formation Bio and parenting journeys.
Our Women’s ERG has a mission to create a space for the women of Formation Bio to develop their careers, foster support, and build friendships.
DEI Within Clinical Trials
At Formation Bio, we believe we will be successful in achieving our mission when it serves all patients, not just those that historically have been easiest for patients to enroll in studies. We strive to integrate patient diversity efforts into our core business planning processes and resourcing plans, not as an afterthought.
